Subscription Status and Transaction References: Collected to manage billing and active access periods. We do NOT collect or store your payment details (e.g., credit card numbers, CVVs, or billing addresses). All financial transactions are processed securely by our reseller Paddle or PayPal.

To deliver instant real estate alert notifications to your Telegram chat.
To manage and verify your active subscription period.
To respond to user support requests and perform technical troubleshooting.

3. Cookies and Web Analytics

Our website utilizes minimal analytics and technically necessary cookies to maintain basic operation and page routing. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, which will not affect your bot usage.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your data to third parties. We share your payment identifiers only with our payment processors (Paddle or PayPal) to verify transaction compliance and activate subscriptions. These processors adhere to the strict requirements of PCI-DSS.

We employ standard technical measures, including SSL encryption (HTTPS) on all web endpoints, secure database permissions, and system access tokens to prevent unauthorized access to user Telegram IDs and settings.

6. Your Rights

You can request to delete your data and settings from our database at any time. Simply use the delete command in the Telegram bot interface or contact our support team. Your data will be permanently removed within 48 hours.
